Microsoft Outlook 2010
There are three different versions of Outlook:
Outlook Enterprise
Outlook (Microsoft Office 2007, 2010 or 2013)
Outlook Web Access (Webmail)

The desktop version of Outlook comes with Microsoft Office when the Office software is installed on your computer. The desktop program is as rich in features and options as Microsoft Office Word or Excel.

This screen shoot shows the Calendar and the Home Ribbon in Microsoft Outlook 2010. The Calendar is very graphic: important meetings are color coded by Category.

Many of these Tools are available in the online version of the Calendar. How does Outlook 365 compare to the desktop Calendars?
